Adult Day Health care provides unique support for adults with daily health challenges. Our center gives participants the ability to live at home or with family while getting the health support you need with our team that includes a Nursing, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. We encourage friendship and social involvement in a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

We serve adults with conditions such as strokes, diabetes, respiratory or cardiac illnesses, isolation and other diagnoses. ​

Adult Day Health Care is:

• A ride in the morning to spend the day at the center with friends and a return ride home. 
• Nurses to care for ongoing health needs
• Physical, occupational and speech therapy to rebuild strength and ability.
• A warm, nutritious lunch
• Considerate help with personal needs.
• Lively activities, discussions, crafts, music and games.
